very good technical and legal knowledge, a keen analytical mind, the ability to efficiently liaise with our attorneys at law, and the ambition to convince by the better arguments in the courtroom.
Ideally, you already have experience in patent infringement litigation and are also qualified as a UPC representative. However, career starters are equally welcome.
Brief job description:
With us, you will be participating from the very first minute in our very sophisticated team of patent infringement experts recognized in the market.
You will be at the forefront with the team from day one, taking on responsibility in litigation cases before the German Courts and the Unified Patent Court.
You will also be involved in a diverse range of prosecution and opposition matters, mainly before the European Patent Office.
